I'm excited to bring you my favorites products for January, not only in this blog but please stop by and check out the video on YouTube too!
January is one of my favorite months. It's my Mom's birthday and the stores are always empty because it's right after the holidays. So, I had some extra time to purchase a few products that I fell in love with!
My first fave product is the Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer. I absolutely love this product. I use this product whether I'm wearing makeup or not because its great a filling in lines and making the face look flawless. There is no strong scent and disappears into the skin. I picked this one up at a warehouse store at a great price but you can find this product basically anywhere, Macy's, Nordstroms, Ulta, Sephora and many other locations. Check out Smashbox for more info and shades of the Primer! The Photo Finish Primer is $36.00 for 1 fl. oz. I found mine at Costco for $30.

Next, I'm loving MAC's Pressed Pigment in Deeply Dashing. This pressed pigment is an intense creamy highlighter offering extreme pearlscence and versatility of finish. You can apply this pigment dry for a high shine or on damp skin for a dramatic wet look. I've only used this product dry, over eyeshadow on my lid and crease area and I love the pearlscence finish. I can't wait until I use this pigment wet, as I know the look will be fierce! If you would like to check out this Pigment or others stop by the MAC website. The pigments cost $21 for 10 oz.

Next up is Maybelline "The Falsies Volum' Express" in Black Drama. This mascara is one of my all time favs. I usually use Beauty Addicts but this mascara is at the top of my list too. I use it with the Smashbox lash primer and it makes me look like I'm wearing false lashes. I LOVE IT! I love to wear fake lashes but not everyday, so on those days that I don't I use this mascara. The brush reaches from corner to corner on the eye lash and the mascara formula fills all the gaps leaving fuller looking lashes. The formula is also in a matte black so it gives you the drama that you want. I will keep this brand in my arsenal at all times! Want to Check out information on "The Falsies", then click here! This product can be found at most drugstores and Target for about $7.00.

Another wonderful product that I found in January is the Pooka Pure & Simple Pomegranate Kiwi Sugar Body Polish. This product is AMAZING!!!! Made with Organic Can Sugar, Coconut oil, Blueberry fruit powder and Kiwi seeds. This product works wonders on removing dead skin, leaving the skin glowing.
The scent from this product is out of this world. It's smells like you can just eat it up.
I love the smooth feeling, shine and moisture that my skin has after using this product. This is one of those products to always have on hand, especially during the spring and summer months when you show a little more skin. Use the body polish to give your skin that special shine and softness. You can purchase this product at at www.pookapureandsimple.com you get 12oz for $20.00.

My last fave product is Kitchen Pretty Lovely Hydrating Leave-In Conditioner. If your hair is dry, brittle and needs that extra moisture, than Lovely Hydrating Leave-In is for you! It's made with organic aloe, Almond Oil, Extra Virgin Olive oil, Apricot oil, Purified water, Vitamin E and a blend of oils. Since using this product for the first time, my hair has retained moisture so much better and has been super manageable. I've done mini two strand twists and this leave-in has helped me to keep them in for over a week with little frizz.
Kitchen Pretty has a nice range of products for the body and hair. Stop by the website and check them out. The Lovely Hydrating Leave-In is $12.00 for 8 oz.
